A few words to introduce myself My name is Francisco Bujan ("vitalcoach" in the forums and blogs). I am the author of this material and the creator of vitalcoaching.com I am a full time professional coach. What gives me the authority to help you with these topics is not the fact that like you, I was confronted with and solved my own set of challenges, it is the fact that I actively coached dozens of men and women on these specific areas. In spent dozens of coaching hours with my clients designing the strategies I am about to offer you. I am now excited to share everything I learned with you. After having gone through an affair I decided to stick with my wife and family but had tremendous emotional pain as I was still in love with this woman.
