Can't find your answer or still have trouble? It is usually all you need to do. The login or password I got doesn't work Yes! They do! And we tripple checked! Here is what can happen and what to do about it:
MP3 audio - The audio does not start If you click on a MP3 audio link and nothing happens, all you need to do is download and install an updated free copy of Windows Media Player on your computer. In some cases, it can take a couple of minutes for your player to start! Be patient. This can happen especially if you use Itunes/Quicktime which is the default media player for Mac users. MP3 audio - Can't download an MP3 file to my MP3 player or Ipod If you have trouble downloading a file directly to your MP3 player or Ipod, simply save the file first to your computer/hard drive and then copy it to your MP3 player or Ipod. This is usually all you need to do. Payment - Can't process my payment You get an error message, saying something like "Your session timed out..." This could be related to some security settings in your internet explorer browser.
I was confronted with
something similar happening to me some time ago when
trying to access a secured area on a site. I was told
that this was out of their control and I simply needed
to shift browser. Solution 2 : For most products on vitalcoaching.com, you have two payment options on the product page: paypal and 2checkout. They are the two "buy now" icons side by side. If one of them does not work, try processing your payment with the other one. Both payment options accept credit cards. I know it is annoying when technology does work the way it's supposed to. After trying these, if you still can't process the payment, can you email me at support with the exact details of the problem you face? I'll be glad to check this further. If you don't hear back from us, it is either that your email is rejecting our answer or is disabled (Quite frequent with AOL users). If Windows Media Player is not installed on your computer (for instance if you are a Mac user or if you have an outdated version of Windows media player), it is strongly recommended that you download and install your free copy of Windows Media Player. This will make your video experience on this site and online in general much more enjoyable.
