Coaching agreement

 

When we start coaching, you and I accept this simple coaching agreement

Agreement

On your side:

  • Have your payment made before your call is scheduled.

  • Be spot on time for your call. I might have another call just before or after yours.

On my side:

  • I offer you my best coaching,

  • Be ready and on time for our session.

Coaching works because you and I fully respect this agreement.

Credits use

  • Split your credits - Yes! You can split even your 30 min credits if you want to! You don't have to use them all at once!

  • Email coaching - I count 15 min per 1/2 page email. I am fair. No worries :)

  • Non scheduled calls - I count the time we spend on the phone (5 minutes blocks). Simple!

  • Scheduled calls - 15 min minimum.

  • Use your credits straight away or keep them for later - in case you need urgent support or advice for instance.

  • Life time validity - Your coaching credits stay valid until you use them.

Non scheduled calls

  • Call me any time - Enjoy the freedom to contact me without appointment, once you buy coaching credits.

  • Call forwarded straight to my cell phone.

  • Week days 6:00 am - 15:00 pm EST - Usually - But you can reach me any time.

  • My week ends and evenings stay free - But I make exceptions for urgent requests or if the times mentioned above don't suit you.

  • If I am on a call or busy - We usually find a time later in the day which works for both of us.

  • If you get my voice mail - You can leave me a message and I get back to you straight after I am done.

Reschedule

If you scheduled a call and under exceptional circumstances, can't make it to your session, you can cancel or reschedule it with at least 12 hours notice.

Be sure to let me know in advance.

No show

To avoid abuse, no shows are charged like a normal session.

Of course if you had a last minute major emergency, I will gladly check your unique case.
